How do I move up tiers in the Comfort Club?
Your membership tier upgrades automatically as your total eligible spending increases. There's nothing you need to do; your benefits unlock as you progress.
Does my membership tier ever change?
Yes. Your tier upgrades as your spending increases and is reviewed after 12 months. If your eligible spending doesn't meet the required threshold during the review period, your tier may be adjusted.
How do I redeem my Comfort Coins?
You can redeem your Comfort Coins directly at checkout to reduce your order value. You can also redeem your available Comfort Coins at your nearest store.
Is there a minimum order value or redemption limit?
Yes. Comfort Coins can be redeemed on orders above ₹1,599, subject to your membership tier's maximum redemption limit per order.
Do I earn Comfort Coins during sales or promotional offers?
Yes, you can continue earning Comfort Coins on eligible discounted purchases. However, the earning and redemption rules may vary during certain sales or promotional campaigns.
Do my Comfort Coins expire?
Yes. All Comfort Coins expire 12 months after they are credited to your account, so make sure to redeem them before they expire.
How does Refer & Earn work?
Share your unique referral link with your friends. When they sign up using your link, they'll receive ₹200 worth of Comfort Coins. Once their first eligible order is successfully delivered, you'll receive your referral reward in Comfort Coins.
When do I receive my referral reward?
Your referral reward in Comfort Coins is credited after your friend's first eligible order has been successfully delivered.
How many friends can I refer?
You can refer as many friends as you like. There is no limit to the number of successful referrals you can make.
How many Comfort Coins do I earn for each referral?
The number of Comfort Coins you earn depends on your current membership tier. As you move to higher tiers, your referral rewards increase.
Does my friend have to use my referral link?
Yes. Your friend must sign up using your unique referral link for the referral to be tracked and for both of you to receive the eligible rewards.
What happens if my friend cancels or returns their order?
If your friend's qualifying order is cancelled, returned, or otherwise doesn't meet the program requirements, your referral reward will not be credited.
Can my friend use their Comfort Coins immediately?
Yes. Your friend can redeem their Comfort Coins on their first order, provided the order meets the minimum order value. Learn more at Ways to redeem page.
Why haven't I received my referral reward?
Your reward may still be pending if your friend's order hasn't been delivered yet, wasn't placed using your referral link, or was cancelled or returned after purchase.
Where can I track my referrals?
You can view all your successful referrals, pending rewards, and earned Comfort Coins in the Referral History section of your account.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
You can invite as many friends as you like. However, referral rewards are limited to five successful referrals every 30 days.
