Once you apply, our Talent Acquisition team reviews your profile. If shortlisted, you will receive a call or email from us for the next steps. If not, your profile stays in our database for future relevant opportunities.
Our process typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the role. For some positions, especially senior or leadership roles, the process may be longer as it may involve more in-depth conversations and steps to ensure mutual clarity. We stay in touch throughout and aim to make the experience transparent and collaborative at every stage.
The process may include a screening call from our Talent Acquisition team, followed by functional interviews and an HR round. For some roles, we may also include a few assignments. We focus on clear communication, mutual alignment, and getting to know the real you.
