Our process typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the role. For some positions, especially senior or leadership roles, the process may be longer as it may involve more in-depth conversations and steps to ensure mutual clarity. We stay in touch throughout and aim to make the experience transparent and collaborative at every stage.

The process may include a screening call from our Talent Acquisition team, followed by functional interviews and an HR round. For some roles, we may also include a few assignments. We focus on clear communication, mutual alignment, and getting to know the real you.
