Neeman's Comfort Club – Terms & Conditions

Instagram Contest – Terms & Conditions

This section applies to the Neeman's Instagram Contest (29th–31st August 2026) and is temporary in nature.

1. The contest is open to all eligible participants. You do not need to be a Comfort Club member to participate.

2. The contest will be live from 29th August 2026 to 31st August 2026, both days inclusive.

3. To participate, you must:

   • Count the number of times the word "COMFORT" appears in the designated contest communication.

   • Comment your answer on the contest post.

   • Download the Neeman's app and log in.

   • Follow Neeman's on Instagram.

4. Only one answer per respondent will be accepted. Multiple answers submitted by the same respondent will not be considered.

5. Participants who submit the correct answer and complete all the required participation steps will receive 150 Comfort Coins.

6. 150 Comfort Coins are equivalent to ₹150 and can be redeemed on the Neeman's app, subject to the applicable Comfort Club terms and conditions.

7. There is no limit on the number of eligible participants who can receive the reward. Every participant who submits the correct answer and fulfils all participation requirements will receive the reward.

8. The correct answer will be determined based on the final version of the contest communication released by Neeman's.

9. All participation requirements must be completed within the contest period, i.e. 29th–31st August 2026.

10. Participants must have a valid Neeman's account to receive the Comfort Coins.

11. Comfort Coins will be credited to the eligible participant's Neeman's account after verification of the entry and completion of all required steps.

12. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated or do not fulfil all the participation requirements may be considered invalid.

13. Neeman's reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify participants who do not meet the contest requirements.

14. Comfort Coins awarded under this contest are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the Comfort Club loyalty program and cannot be exchanged for cash.

15. Neeman's reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend or withdraw the contest, where necessary.

16. Neeman's' decision regarding the validity of an entry and eligibility for the reward will be final and binding.

17. Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Welcome to Neeman's Comfort Club (the "Program"), a loyalty rewards program operated by Neeman's. By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to registered customers of Neeman's with a valid account on neemans.com or the Neeman's App.

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

• The Program is available to residents of India only, unless otherwise stated.

• Employees of Neeman's and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Any employee found participating will be subject to action during monthly reconciliation.

2. Enrollment

• Enrollment is free and automatic upon making a qualifying purchase on neemans.com, the Neeman's App, or at a Neeman's physical store.

• Purchases are considered for the loyalty program only after the program is live and the customer has downloaded the Neeman's App.

• A valid mobile number is mandatory for enrollment. OTP-based verification for in-store coin redemption is in progress; until it is live, customers may check out by sharing their registered mobile number with store staff.

• Each customer may hold only one Comfort Club account. Accounts cannot be merged.

• Accounts are non-transferable.

• Customers can view their current Comfort Coins balance in-store; the number of coins that will be earned on a prospective purchase is not displayed at point of sale.

3. Membership Tiers

The Comfort Club has four membership tiers based on cumulative spend (net of returns, based on actual amounts paid - excluding discounts, taxes, and shipping):

• Insider – ₹1 – ₹4,999

• Loyalist – ₹5,000 – ₹7,999

• Champion – ₹8,000 – ₹11,999

• Ambassador – ₹12,000 and above

Tier status is evaluated on a rolling 12-month basis from the date of your first qualifying purchase or app download. Spend across all channels - online, app, and in-store - counts toward tier progression. Returns reduce cumulative spend and may result in a tier downgrade. Tier benefits and thresholds are subject to change at Neeman's discretion with reasonable notice.

4. Earning Comfort Coins

Comfort Coins can be earned across all Neeman's channels:

• neemans.com (website)

• Neeman's App (Comfort Coins are credited once your order is delivered)

• Neeman's physical stores (Coins are credited instantly upon a successful purchase)

Earn rates by tier:

• Insider: 5 Comfort Coins per ₹100 spent (0.5x). Spend ₹1,000, earn ₹50 back in coins.

• Loyalist: 10 Comfort Coins per ₹100 spent (1x). Spend ₹1,000, earn ₹100 back in coins.

• Champion: 15 Comfort Coins per ₹100 spent (1.5x). Spend ₹1,000, earn ₹150 back in coins.

• Ambassador: 20 Comfort Coins per ₹100 spent (2x). Spend ₹1,000, earn ₹200 back in coins.

Additional Comfort Coins may be earned through actions such as writing a review, referring a friend, or downloading the app, as communicated by Neeman's from time to time.

Birthday Rewards (Neeman's App only): Birthday Comfort Coins are awarded exclusively through the Neeman's App and are not available in-store or on the website. Coins awarded per tier: Insider – 100 | Loyalist – 125 | Champion – 150 | Ambassador – 200.

Comfort Coins are not earned on:

• Taxes or shipping charges

• Gift card purchases

• Amounts paid using existing Comfort Coins

Earning on discounted or sale items is subject to business decisions; relevant stakeholders will be informed in advance of any changes. Neeman's reserves the right to modify the Comfort Coins earning structure at any time.

5. Redeeming Comfort Coins

Comfort Coins can be redeemed for discounts on eligible purchases through the following channels only:

• Neeman's App

• Neeman's physical stores

Please note: Redemption of Comfort Coins is not available on neemans.com (website). The website allows you to view your Comfort Coins balance and earn coins on purchases, but redemption must be completed via the app or in-store.

In-store OTP verification: Once the OTP feature is live, customers must complete OTP verification to redeem coins in-store. If a customer refuses OTP verification, coins will not be redeemed for that transaction.

• A minimum cart value of ₹1,599 is required to redeem Comfort Coins.

• There is no minimum Comfort Coins balance required to redeem - any available coins can be applied to a qualifying order.

• Maximum Comfort Coins redeemable per order by tier:

  • Insider: Up to 500 Comfort Coins

  • Loyalist: Up to 600 Comfort Coins

  • Champion: Up to 700 Comfort Coins

  • Ambassador: Up to 1,000 Comfort Coins

• Comfort Coins cannot pay 100% of an order value; tier-based redemption caps apply.

• Comfort Coins may be combined with coupons, prepaid offers, or bank offers, subject to business decisions; relevant stakeholders will be informed in advance.

• Comfort Coins cannot be applied to gift cards, shipping fees, or taxes.

• Comfort Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted. Please note that returns are available only to tier members and are subject to the return benefits applicable to their respective membership tier.

• Comfort Coins earned on a returned order will be reversed.

• In the case of a partial return, coins are reversed proportionately based on the returned order amount.

• If an order on which coins were redeemed is fully returned, the redeemed coins will be restored to the member's account.

• Refunds for redeemed coins are issued as Comfort Coins only; cash refunds for redeemed coins are not available.

• Online orders cannot be returned in-store, and in-store purchases cannot be returned online.

Exchanges

• On an exchange, original coins earned are reversed and marked as cancelled. New coins are earned based on the final exchanged order amount.

• Comfort Coins cannot be redeemed on orders that already have active promotional discounts or sale prices applied.

• Tier progress is not affected by an exchange.

7. Comfort Coins Expiry

• Earned Comfort Coins: Expire 12 months from the date of tier participation or app download, whichever is applicable.

• Promotional Comfort Coins: Expire as specified at the time of the promotion (typically 15 to 30 days from the date of issue).

• Neeman's will endeavour to notify members before their coins expire.

• Expired Comfort Coins cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

8. Referral Program (Neeman's App only)

• The referral program is available exclusively through the Neeman's App and is not supported in-store or on the website.

• A referrer earns 200 Comfort Coins once a new customer uses their referral code and is identified as a new customer by Neeman's system.

• Referral coins can be used to place an order once credited.

• A successful referral is defined as a completed qualifying order by the referred customer.

9. Tier Benefits

Benefits vary by tier and may include early access to sales and new style drops, free express delivery, unlimited returns, priority customer support, and exclusive store event invites for Ambassador members. Full details of tier benefits are available on the Comfort Club page. Benefits are subject to change at Neeman's discretion.

10. Fraud & Misuse

• Comfort Coins cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged.

• Accounts cannot be merged.

• Employees are ineligible to participate in the program. Any employee found participating will be subject to action identified during monthly reconciliation.

• Neeman's may disqualify any member found abusing the program, including fraudulent activity or manipulation of Comfort Coins, and may remove fraudulently earned coins from any account.

11. Program Changes & Termination

• Neeman's reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Comfort Club program at any time with reasonable notice.

• In the event of program termination, members will be given a reasonable period to redeem outstanding Comfort Coins.

12. Account Termination

• If your Neeman's account is closed or terminated, all associated Comfort Coins will be forfeited.

• Comfort Coins are non-transferable in the event of account closure.

13. Privacy

Your participation in the Comfort Club is subject to Neeman's Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data to manage your membership and personalise your experience.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
