Exchange Policy

Policy Detail

At Neeman’s, we design our footwear with comfort, style, and sustainability at the core. We hope you love our products as much as we do. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy.

We have a Free 7-day Trial Policy. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you an exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

  • To qualify for an exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Handovered in original packaging with all tags intact

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Exchange requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
  • Requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery
    Products that have been used, worn, damaged, or are missing original packaging/tags
  • We take care of the reverse pickup and exchange logistics to ensure a smooth and convenient experience for you.

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds at this time. Only exchanges are supported.

Socks Policy

  • Socks cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
  • This applies to all sock orders, including single pairs and combo packs.
  • Replacement is only available in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.
  • Any request for replacement must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging for replacement eligibility.
  • Requests without proper proof (images/videos) may not be processed.
  • Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances for socks.

EMI Purchases:

Products purchased through EMI are not eligible for returns. However, exchanges are allowed, subject to a limit of one exchange per order and size availability.

Note - We do not issue refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, typically ranging from 29 to 100 Rs., in case you decide to return a product.

Please click on SCHEDULE AN EXCHANGE within 7 days of delivery with your order number.

Delivery-Related Issues, Disputes & Complaints

At Neeman’s, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience and resolving customer concerns in a fair, timely, and transparent manner.

To enable a thorough investigation and resolution, concerns related to the following must be reported within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Missing item(s)

  • Wrong product received

  • Partial delivery

  • Delivered but not received

  • Empty package received

  • Tampered or damaged package

Please Note: Requests raised beyond 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for investigation or resolution.


Information Required for Investigation

To help us investigate your concern efficiently, please email info@neemans.com with the following:

1. Issue Details

  • A brief description of the issue.

2. Package Condition

Please confirm the condition of the package upon receipt:

  • Sealed & Intact

  • Tampered

  • Torn

  • Damaged

  • Opened

3. Supporting Evidence

Please share clear images of:

  • The outer package (all sides)

  • The shipping label / AWB

  • All products received

  • The invoice (if available)

Additionally, please share an unboxing video (if available), as it significantly helps expedite the investigation.


Orders with Multiple Shipments

If your order was delivered in multiple shipments under different tracking IDs (AWBs), please submit evidence only for the shipment associated with the reported issue.

Providing evidence for unrelated shipments may delay the investigation process.


Investigation & Resolution

Upon receiving the required information, Neeman’s will review the details and coordinate with the relevant logistics and warehouse partners to investigate the concern.

Please note:

  • Providing clear and complete evidence helps us resolve cases faster.

  • Claims may be declined if:

    • The required information is not provided.

    • The evidence is incomplete or unclear.

    • The issue is reported beyond the stipulated 48-hour timeframe.

  • Resolution will be provided based on the outcome of the investigation and applicable policy guidelines.


Our goal is to ensure every concern is reviewed fairly and resolved in the best possible manner.
