Just oaky for the price

I bought it for my mom. In general Neeman's sizes are a bit larger than the standard size specifications. The reason why I give only 3 stars is, 1. it is over priced, 2. had difficulty exchanging - the customer service needs to really step up, 3. the sandals weighs a lot, it is difficult for elders who want to walk a bit more than 2 KMs in a day. Overall the disappointment is both because of the experience and also the over pricing of the product.
